Two flexible well-equipped studios and viewing rooms. We also have a large workshop room (with video-link) ideal for brainstorming. We offer quality catering and friendly service plus moderation, note-taking and workshop facilitation. A Qualitative Recruitment Service across the UK is also available.

Location

We are in Central Ealing, with easy tube access on the District, Central and Piccadilly Lines. We are also only 8 minutes from Paddington and 18 minutes from Heathrow using the Heathrow Connect fast rail link. We have 2 adjacent car parks. The Sprinbbridge Road car park is a pay and display. The Town Hall car park in Longfield Avenue is free.

Viewing Facilities Checklist

All VFA members are required to have studios fitted with either one-way mirrors and viewing booths, or good quality CCTV systems.

The capacity figures given above are for the largest studio within the facility. All studios will be able to supply flip charts, overhead projectors, large screen TVs, video player, DVD player, or audio CD player as required. Fully-trained staff will be on hand to assist you with operation of any of the studio equipment.

Many of the hostesses used are air hostesses in their spare time. Consequently they really understand how to make users and respondents feel good.

Health and Safety Requirements
All members of the VFA are required to have an employers and public liability insurance certificate and to have conducted a Fire Risk Assessment.
