The white rooms were designed by researchers for researchers, offering the most flexible of viewing options, including extra large respondent rooms and break-out rooms for clients. Built recently, they are amongst the most modern, comfortable and technologically advanced studios in the UK. We can meet the most demanding of recording requirements and we have our own live web streaming capability which offers a very cost effective viewing option for remote viewers. In addition to the usual service you would expect from a first class viewing facility, we also have an in-house respondent recruitment facility.

Location

By car we are just 10 minutes from the M1 and 5 minutes from the M25. By train we are 20 munites from Kings Cross and by air we are 20 and 25 minutes respectively from Luton and Heathrow airports.

Viewing Facilities Checklist

All VFA members are required to have studios fitted with either one-way mirrors and viewing booths, or good quality CCTV systems.

The capacity figures given above are for the largest studio within the facility. All studios will be able to supply flip charts, overhead projectors, large screen TVs, video player, DVD player, or audio CD player as required. Fully-trained staff will be on hand to assist you with operation of any of the studio equipment.

Using a scale of 0-5, a viewing facility must score at least 3.0 in each section and must score a minimum of 3.5 overall to qualify for VFA membership. Health and Safety Requirements
All members of the VFA are required to have an employers and public liability insurance certificate and to have conducted a Fire Risk Assessment.
