Welcome to The Meadow - the capital's newest and most intelligently operated viewing facility, developed to meet your needs for an intimate, informal venue for groups right in the heart of central London. Created for qualitative researchers by qualitative researchers, at the meadow things are designed with the moderator and their clients in mind. Our aim here is simple - to take care of everything, so that you are free to concentrate on getting the best from your respondents. Plus of course, the meadow makes a perfect venue for workshops, brainstorming sessions, away-days and training sessions.

Location

Situated just off Carnaby Street in the heart of London's West End, we are close to Soho, Regent Street and Oxford Street shopping, bars and restaurants and just a few minutes stroll from several central Underground stations.

Viewing Facilities Checklist

All VFA members are required to have studios fitted with either one-way mirrors and viewing booths, or good quality CCTV systems.

  • Viewing room can accommodate up to 10 people
  • Audio, DVD, Video recording equipment
  • Broadband-enabled studios
  • Equipped for video streaming
  • Air conditioning
  • Reception room

All studios will be able to supply flip charts, overhead projectors, large screen TVs, video player, DVD player, or audio CD player as required. Fully-trained staff will be on hand to assist you with operation of any of the studio equipment.

The above assessment is based on a minimum of ten reports obtained independently from clients of the facility. Using a scale of 0-5, a viewing facility must score at least 3.0 in each section and must score a minimum of 3.5 overall to qualify for VFA membership.
