At The Studio we pride ourselves in offering the very best in client service to compliment our professional focus group viewing facilities. Our dedicated hosts are highly experienced and are able to cater to your every need. They are trained to welcome you and your respondents, serve refreshments, book transport and answer any questions that may arise. We’ve furnished our facilities in a living room style to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere in which to conduct research; enabling your respondents to be at complete ease throughout your session, thus achieving better results. We offer a comfortable viewing room which has a large one-way mirror, a sound system with client control and wireless broadband internet. Facilities are also available for non-viewed groups and in-depth interviews.

Our state-of-the-art viewing facilities are conveniently situated in two easy to reach locations; Edgware, North West London and St. Albans, Hertfordshire. We believe in providing you with an environment conducive to your needs, along with dedicated hosts to ensure we make your market research and focus groups an easy and relaxed experience.

Viewing Facilities Checklist

All VFA members are required to have studios fitted with either one-way mirrors and viewing booths, or good quality CCTV systems.
